About me

Hi I’m Dhara, the face behind Equiwealth. My journey started far before this business shaped by years of discipline, resilience and building everything from the ground up. I’m an expat mother of two, someone who transitioned from accounting into property by leveraging my analytical skills, love for numbers, and genuine passion for investing.

Since 2016, I’ve been actively involved in property investment, working across multiple contracts and continuously building my knowledge of markets, negotiation, and risk assessment. My strength lies in simplifying the complex which is, turning data, due diligence and strategy into clear steps that make sense for everyday Australians.

I’m hands-on, honest, and committed to quality over quantity. When you work with EquiWealth, you work directly with me. I personally conduct the research, inspections, sourcing, negotiations and communication. I am energetic by nature, active in everyday life, and passionate about staying physically and mentally strong which are the values that flow into the enthusiasm and consistency I bring to every client journey.
